TruStar is a music competition app. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

We do not run advertising, do not sell personal information, and do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Account and content data stay while your account exists. Vote and engagement logs are kept for the life of the contest plus the time needed to review disputes and pay prizes. Purchase and payout records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally seven years). Crash reports are kept for 90 days. When you delete your account we remove your profile, content and phone number within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires.
TruStar is for people 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has an account, email us and we will remove it.
Data travels over encrypted connections. Votes and counters are written only by our servers, never by the app directly. Payout details are restricted to you and authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password or Sign in with Apple.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will post the new version here, update the date at the top, and notify you in the app before it takes effect.
